There will be lots happening at our new Vincent Wine Company winery in 2025. Last year we built out our own facility in Amity, OR, right in the Willamette Valley not far from the facility we rented since 2015.
But now that we have our own, forever winery home, and live at the property, we’ll be offering more tasting appointment opportunities than ever. Coming in March we’ll begin using Block 55 for winery appointment reservations, making it easier for visitors to schedule visits. Details coming soon. For now, still email us to make an appointment to taste.
We’ll also be hosting winery open houses for our Vincent Wine Company mailing list members, join to stay in touch with us throughout the year. There’s never an obligation to buy, but we will give you special opportunities to purchase our wines.
Speaking of which, our next Vincent Prerelease Offer will come in February, with first chance at all our coming Spring wine releases with special pricing only for mailing list subscribers. The line up with feature more 2023 vintage releases, including single vineyard Pinot Noirs from Armstrong Vineyard and Cortell-Rose in Eola-Amity Hills. We’ll also have our 2023 Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Hills cuvee, 2023 Chardonnay WV Tardive bottling, and a new white wine of Pinot Gris, the 2023 Pinot Gris WV Tardive, made in the Burgundian style of Pinot Beurot.
Late this month, we’ll again be participating in the annual BerserkerDay anniversary celebration of the incredible Wine Berserkers web site. That’s when the WB site operators invite producers like us to offer crazy deals on wines. This year we have two special cuvees offered just for BerserkerDay, which falls this year on January 31 (with a preview day the day before for site subscribers).
For BerserkerDay, we’ll also offer special pricing on a few of our regular release Vincent wines, as well as a limited special offer of our Fritzsche Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons. Our premier cuvee from Bengier Vineyard in the Oak Knoll District is nearly sold out, so this may be the final chance for our inaugural 2022 Bengier Cabernet Sauvignon. If you like old school Napa wines, harkening back to the 1970s, check it out.
Winemaker Vincent Fritzsche will be on the road a lot this year, with a special emphasis on international sales. We already sell in the UK, Quebec and Japan, and are looking to expand on that this year. Vincent will be at an Oregon Wine Board trade event in London in February before heading to VinExpo Paris.
Then in May, Vincent travel to Osaka and Tokyo for Oregon Wine Board trade events before heading to VinExpo Asia in Singapore. Assuming the tariff morass doesn’t disrupt our international efforts, 2025 is when we look to really push sales outside the U.S. Wish us luck.
For mailing list members, in May we’ll send out our Prerelease Offer on 2023 Fritzsche Cabernet Sauvignon Bengier Vineyard, for fall shipping. We offer Cabernet to our Vincent list but first to our separate Fritzsche Cabernet Sauvignon mailing list. And then in August we’ll have our usual Fall Prerelease for Vincent wines coming late this year.
Right now we look to have winery events in May, July and November. Meanwhile we’ll be doing tasting appointments much of the year. For now, continue to email us to request an appointment, but soon we’ll launch our Block 55 platform that should make it easier for you to schedule your visit.
Thanks for your interest, we’ll be in touch!
