We had a great dinner last night with Vitaly Paley and his executive chefs from both Paley’s Place and Imperial at the winery last night. I can’t tell you how excited I am about the monthly supper series we’re doing at the SE Wine Collective.
All four of us Collective producers had wines featured last night, so it was a nice chance to try a variety of different wines. Our 2011 Vincent Pinot Noir Ribbon Ridge was paired with an incredible salad course of radicchio and smokey ham hocks. So good. Who says red wine and salad don’t mix?
